Unusual TC recipes

hi all looking for some unusual tc recipes for a complete novice to have a go at i have just returned from a food and drink festival in cheshire and there was a guy selling cider in some unusual flavours which included passion fruit and one with peach.

Any info would be great thanks

My next batch will prob substitute the apple juice with something else altogether to see if I can get a flavoured cider twist! A few cinnamon sticks and some cloves with my apple juice will be the next experiment! Good Luck!

Dunno if you can get these flavours or juices there in UK but out here in Turkey i have made Sour Cherry turbo cider from cartoned juice and also from dilute syrup, also made a Mulberry cider from pure 100% bottled Mulberry juice (the dark one) all using Vintners SN21 harvest yeast (champagne) and both these are superb - no added apple at all. I have also done a Vimto cider with a vimto/apple mix only problem was i got brought out the no added sugar version - ie sweetners in it and have to admit although the hydrometer showed it had fermented out to 990 it was mega sweet due to the sweetners in the vimto juice, but it's carbed up great and added to the summer stock lol :

Nothing as useful :/ to be honest grape and apple are the only things I can get a hold of easily enough at 100% pressed or from concentrate. Any other fruit juices seem to be all 15% juice or under the 50 mark!

Think I'll give that vimnto apple mix a go!
