Unidentified Fermenting Object, help!

Hi, started a tinned strawberry wine this morning, looked fine when I left for work, but when I got back...!? should I shake it, leave it? it seems to be bubbling away nicely...

Looks OK to me. The gunge at the top will stay there until fermentation has stopped then it will collapse back in.
