I second those who said Columbus. You can get Columbus and Cascade very cheaply now and they work brilliantly together in a West Coast pale ale /IPA.

My top pick for under rated hops is Brewers Gold. Its quite an old hop but is the grandparent of many of today's American hops. It was traditionally seen as a bittering hop but I think it works amazingly late in the boil and as a dry hop.

There is a beer by Crouch Vale Brewery called Brewers Gold which is basically a SMASH beer and that won champion beer of Britain. I made a clone(ish) recipe and it was beautiful.

I think it's even better paired with other English hops. One of my favourite brews was a golden ale with Brewers Gold and First Gold. It's also great with EKG.

A recent discovery was Eureka. Which I think tastes somewhere between Amarillo and Simcoe. It's quite piney but has definite orange notes too.

Currently waiting on my wheat beer to finish, used epic and minstrel hops, tasted really good before putting in fermenter

I got caught up in the American hop fad some time ago... and wish I'd never fell for the hype. I found them boring at best and dreadful at worst, with the exception of Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus, which I still find most agreeable. But my new favourite these days is.... Pilgrim! Don't hear too much about that one but it's a cracker.
What are you making with them, if I might inquire?
