I've just ordered some MJ CaliLager yeast to try out. What attenuation were you getting? I might mash higher if you think it's too high

82% (IIRC) mashing at 66, and 79% mashing at 68 (I'm assuming it's finished, i plan on bottling Saturday). Strength wise I missed my OG both times so it has saved me, but mouthfeel etc wise the first one was left lacking. My second one has some rye in it which might help, I'll see come drinking time.

Cheers for the info Mick. 68C it is then. I plan on doiing a Steam Helles with it
