I have a lager fermenting away at 12oC with Saflager w34/70, but without realising I only pitched one packet. It started last Saturday at 1053, and this Sunday, 8 days later its on 1020. Should I be worried that I only pitched the one packet? I appreciate it will ferment slower at 12oC and I guess slower than two packets?

Thanks

Rob

Well last night was my second recorded 1020 so decided to give it a stir. Lunchtime today it had dropped to 1014 so I'm pleased again now :)
