Hello all
I got some of those strip lights that sit under the kitchen cupboard that shine down illumination the work top... I need bulb replacement..the bulb type is "triphosphor" or the florescent type..(same?) Anyway I measured the bulb...it's 482mm pins to pins,468mm tube size,T4 16w 3400k...I can find plenty at 480mm pin to pin..is this size crucial by a couple of mm? As the suppliers say to be very careful measuring...

Thanks

Clint

Check the diameter of others available to match yours, otherwise I would have thought the 2mm makes no difference, especially as you say it seem to be standard size. Is the tube manufacturer name still visible?

CEF or your local electrical wholesalers will have them on the shelf.

If you go to CEF make sure you know what price they should be first - if they think they can throw a massive markup on anything, they will...

I find them quite the opposite here locally as they will do their best to price match but I've been using them for 30 years and know the guys.
