Youngs Harvest Pilsner. However I have two kits and the yeast is different in each. I cannot remember (or find out) what the other one was as I've already used (and then binned!! - See other thread regarding my mistake!).
I think it was a date code. Either way, after clearly explaining to Youngs it was *my* mistake and I only wanted to know what the yeast was to order a replacement they just popped one in the mail for me free of charge. Cannot fault that! :)
