two hop questions

Once you have opened your hops, what do you do with the ones you are not using for the time been?
Ive opened 100g of Saaz and only need around 70g.

Also one of the clones im doing says steep 28g for 20 mins, what is steeping?

seal the unused hops in their packet and bung in the freezer.

Steeping just means soaking them in hot water or in the wort for a length time

It says add the 28g in the last 5 minutes and steep for 20mins, is that steep for 20mins before addin to the final boil?

I think that means add to the boil for last 5 mins then remove them after 20 mins....seems strange,... is it BIAB method you are doing ?

I'd say boil for 5 mins then leave for 20mins after flameout before chilling
