Are you going for a sweet cider? As the orange, peach and passion fruit is a juice drink so it will most liking have sweeteners .

im not really going for anything its just a experiment to see what i end up with ...
i do like dry cider but i also like fruit...
so i thought id just bung it in and see what i get...
the only thing i dont wont is it to be strong ...
just a nice drink realy about 4ish %...

Should come out as a nice season cider in that case. I do a cider with a cheap cranberry juice drink in., nice ice cold .

What is wrong with the taste Mick? is it insipid?

Citric acid would have been ok to add instead of malic as you were only adjusting the acidity.

Don't let it put you off. TC can be great but unfortunately it needs time it is not a quick drink ( as people on youtube imply). Leave it for 2-3 months then try it you may be surprised and you may have a fantastic cider for the festive season. :thumb:

In country wine circles they reckon you should never chuck anything before it's 3 years old, in case it comes good.
3 years might be extreme for a cider but unless you desperately need the bottles I'd hang on to it for a good while, you never know!
