Mandating a license for streaming is very much a case of changing the goal posts.
Personally I wouldn't give the BBC a penny, regardless of what others have said they have shown clear political bias and almost certainly knowingly covered up some dodgy stuff perpetrated by some seriously dodgy characters.
Plus, they kinda butchered Doctor Who, so that's just not cool.
