Around, not sure where, but around
So my turbo has been festering away for about a month. It's nice and clear(not sure how that happened) so I'm wondering what I should do next.

Should I put it in another container?

Snyway, so far so good on the land of turbo.

Bottle or keg it, start another! Maybe just pour the ingredients onto the trub and so save money on yeast!

I've found they clear by themselves if left alone (unless it's cloudy juice, not tried it)

Bottled my latest today - 1 gallon had 4tsp sweetener, 1 had 8tsp. Bit soon to tell, but 4 seems all but undetectable, 8 might be right for taking the dry edge off without actually making it sweet.
