Turbo Cider Question

Hello all, I am a born again home brewer making my first batch of 25l of what I now understand is called turbo cider (oh and my first post!).

All has gone well and I am on my third day of fermentation going strong and hope to top up the first 20l with a further 5l tonight.

My simple query was that I forgot to add the strong tea and like the idea of the extra tannin. Would it be ok to add the tea tonight with the top up apple juice?

incidentally, TC doesn't tend to foam up much, so I don't ever start it off and top up, just bung it all in at the start :)

might save you a step for next time ;-)
