transfeing beer from keg to bottles

now thanks to this forum i have 30 swing top bottles for some of my home brew my question is

how should i transfer my beer in to these as it is in my pressurised keg and is done but i would really like to bottle some up for keeping for a while .
obvously i would sterilise the bottles but in my keg they are under pressure but will they gain pressure in the bottle or will they stay flat
stupiq question prob but i am still new at this

you´d need a CPBF (counter pressure bottle filler).

what is that and where do i get 1 from and can i use my swing top bottles

just found a video of 1 on youtube
so it doesnt actually pressureise the bottle onli take the air out
or am i getting it wrong
