Have been looking around for a short fairly practical training session and wondered if anyone has done the "all grain mashing" course at the Home Brew Shop in Aldershot ? http://www.the-home-brew-shop.co.uk/acatalog/Mashing_Course.html#.U3semS-6_Rc

I am in the south east (Tunbridge Wells) but work near Aldershot so would not be a major travel issue.

Sounds like quite a goo general overview to get me started.

I have also seen this www.beerbrewingmadeeasy.com and wondered if there was any experience of this ?

Cheers

Hi Tim,
I haven't done any of the courses you mention but the guys in The Home Brew Shop always seem very knowledgeable so I'm sure you won't go far wrong there.

As an alternative London Beer Lab run courses and I'm pretty sure you can pick what beer you want to brew and take it away with you afterwards.
