Sounds good Gwen. Remember this will increase pressure immediately but will take a few hours to also increase carbonation so don’t make any further changes until tomorrow or you might overcook it and end up with a glass of foam. Thanks Hazelwood, I shall go and get my screwdriver out and turn her up a bit.
The beer line came in those 2 lengths with the keg kit. I did wonder if I should reduce length but didn't want to start chopping and find it needed to be that long. What pressure is your CO2 regulator set to? This seems like a pressure problem (way too low).
Regulator was set at 11psi
Also your beer line seems a bit long - how did you land on this length and size?
Oh dear looks like the bar will be open tonight for testersSounds good Gwen. Remember this will increase pressure immediately but will take a few hours to also increase carbonation so don’t make any further changes until tomorrow or you might overcook it and end up with a glass of foam.
I’m with you there. You do have to test and the more results you get the greater the confidence.Oh dear looks like the bar will be open tonight for testers
My standard advice is to start at 2m of 3/16" and work from there. What you've got looks like a fair bit more than that. The beer line came in those 2 lengths with the keg kit. I did wonder if I should reduce length but didn't want to start chopping and find it needed to be that long.
