hi guys, opened one of my first biab beers last night ( a light lager made with lager malt, flaked maize and herbsbruker hops) conditioned it for two weeks at room temp then into the fridge at 3-5 oc for four weeks, tastes great and carbonation is good, only problem is when i went to pour it there was so much foam i lost half my pint. this has never happened with any of the kits i have done before so i was wondering whats went on this time ? it was a 500ml bottle primed with one teaspoon of caster suger, same as i have used for the kits. cheers for any thoughts
