Too hot to brew?

So, I "postponed" my last brew last weekend, as it was too hot to be brewing all day. Thing is I've not brewed for about 2 months now, and I'm pretty much all out of beer! Anyone else not brewing at the moment? I think I might brew up some TC which requires no boiling...I'm pretty sure my cellar can hold the temp below 21 C, I hope!

My housemate and I will be knocking up around 40l in the next week or so. It does take a little longer to cool but the space under our stairs holds a fairly contant 19°C so it should be OK for fermentation.
Plus, as you said, there is always the danger of running out!
