Tom Claxton Ale???

Ok goin to be bottling my Coopers lager tomorrow and I bought Tom Claxton Ale to start new brew.

Just need some advice....

I bought some S-04 yeast, to use instead of the kit yeast or can I use both?
Also there is a hop enhancer? When do I add this?

So my plan is;

Munton beer enhancer 1kg
Fill to 20L (looking a stronger beer this time)
Add the S-04 yeast
Hop enhancer?

that will be fine, just the Saf 04 though, I never used the hop enhanser with these kits, a better idea is to play with hops.
boil some of the wort in a pan with real hops and then add that hop tea to your brew.

then its a short step to extract brewing to your own recipes :
