Bottled this in January. 21st to be exact. Been supping it since beginning of Feb around two weeks later. [Not enough time i know but that's a problem i have] Why can't i wait. It was ok'ish ie it was drinkable. Then i got my Newkie brown on the go and forgot about the ok ish Tom C in the cupboard. Just cracked one tonight and wow it's smooth treacle notes and very pleasant. Just goes to show leave it for 4 months and it has vastly improved. Problem is i just can't

I have that issue, however, my John Bull Best Bitter has been bottled since end of January and I'm still awaiting the wow moment...

Lol I do have a little production line going but with a new brew it's nice to have a different pint or three then three become four and so on.
Im getting a bitter on the go soon ill see how that goes. Be doing it for Autumn. Fingers crossed.
