A two part question if anybody can helpâ¦.. I place some Muntons Smugglers Bitter in a conditioning barrel at the beginning of October this was after it being in a fermentation bucket for 8 days. I then placed in a pressure barrel mid November so it would be ready for Christmas but at the beginning of December while it tasted ok it was cloudy so I put some beer finings in but as of today its still a toffee colour but tastes ok???? Can anybody offer advise??
The second question. I put some Chilli beer in a pressure barrel 28/05/12 this is still nice and warm (hot Chilli) and tastes ok but how long can it be kept???
