well the toffee apple tc is in the fv have used a 23 litre fv with syphon tube to water bottle the ferment is very good but not as agressive as some have mentioned in the forum just over 2 weeks and should be ready to transfer to dj before i botlle again in another 3 weeks

please speak up if anyone has any pointer incase i am doing anything wrong as i am really new to this but am really enjoying my new found hobby :drink:

and her indoors is looking forward to drink the outcome of my endeavours
