Hopefully, not to pi$$ on your chips or anything, but what are you going to do with all the beer?
I read a thread else where about upgrading to larger systems. Posters said making large amounts of beer can take the joy out of brewing because it can be a chore trying to get through so much of the same beer. Some had even gone back to their smaller set ups

or something that matures well over time. Even if you start drinking it a bit early you'd still have a stock left for when it fully matures and reaches its peak.
 
Got an email last week from malt Miller saying"Breaking News New Shipment from Ss Brewing Technologies.Orders will be despatched the week starting 18th April"

Im working on it Dad i have 2 Pilgrim brews on both with different recipes and yeasts, they will be ready for bottling during the week i will send you 1:thumb:

Also do you like Pilgrim i could pop some in the box for you if you fancy some:thumb:
