I loved the original oatmeal stout I made a few months ago so I thought I would brew it again. This time toasting the oats first.

33L batch and filled a small demijohn for an experiment with other yeast (Coopers Ale yeast from an old kit).

Great pics as always Chris :thumb: I must get around to brewing this :)

Kegged this last night and also made up 4 bottles to give away to my father-in-law. He also loved the original Oatmeal Stout.

Installed a Dalex tap to the bottom of my old Boots barrel seems to hold the pressure but my S30 seal needs a new washer I think. Although it did hold the pressure for 7 hours so it must be a very small leak.

Just hope I can figure out how to use this new tap. It has a creamer installed so should just work?????
