Tinned strawberries

Does anyone have a recipe for 1 gallon using tinned strawberries or peaches?

2-3 tins, 1 litre grape juice and sugar to 1.070+ should be fine. sweetening a little will back up the strawberry flavour. someone else might have a tried and tested recipe.

alternatively, you can use strawberry ribena, google will throw up loads on ribena wine!

Ribena wine is awesome. I always use the fresh stuff rather than the concentrated stuff, to save boiling it off etc.

It's generally in with the other cartons. Available in asda anyway. Larger 1L cartons come in Blackcurrant, strawberry and apple. Ready to drink with nothing added, the same as the small cartons.

Some Tescos do them too. Last one I did I just used the 200ml cartons though as that was all my local one had
