timing question

Greetings Brewers I subscribe to an American beer magazine which has recipes. When dealing with hop and other things to add to the boil, these recipes say something like " add ... at 70 mins" or add... at 5 mins.
Does this mean for 70 minutes or after 70 minutes?

The timings are quoted "at 70 mins" as somewhere in the recipe the boil time is 90 mins?
a 70 mins hop addition would mean the hops will be in the boil for "the next 70 mins until the end of the boil".
these hops are called bittering hops.
the "at 5 mins" additions of hops are called aroma hops and will be in the boil for the last 5 mins.

When you read the recipes you will see boil times of generally 90 mins or maybe 60 mins.

Sometimes you may see "add at flameout" this means you add the hops at the end of the boil.
