We'll I am brewing three brews this weekend, a Badger golden glory repeat brew, a Speckled hen clone, and a Guinness clone, I have used some thing different for the glory brew, to try and get that peachy essence! I used dried elderflower last time, and didn't get much from it apart from the aroma, so I have purchased a peach essence used in vodka, it gives off a very peachy smell, and to taste before fermenting starts it seams to be good, it's took me until 11.30pm last night to do two brews, since 8am yesterday, and I am doing the Guinness this morning, however I have experimented by leaving the mash from the Guinness over night, it kept its temp very well rapped up tight etc, so I am going to drain it off soon well the boiler hits temp.
So all swell so far :pray:
