Bringing back to boil was a great idea but it was chilled and in the FV. It was late in the day so time was against me.
I have been sampling the beer to check the gravity and it seems (touches wood 😰) ok.
On another note, I top cropped the yeast yesterday and the gravity this morning is 1.018 from OG of 1.046. Tastes spot on and clean.
