First taste out of the corny tonight.......
What a head pure white and tight The beer is well carbonated, clear BUT, suffering a haze, I think its a chill haze. The keg is stood in the garage on the stone floor and the beer is very cold tasting, the haze seemed to lift a little as the beer warmed up in the glass.
The taste however is not affected, it is dry crisp and very pleasant, nothing harsh in the after taste. There is a very slight sweetness after its been drunk, however that is not powerful or over-riding...
