what he says ^. I ferment at about 19 degrees, sometimes up it to 20 after a week. I too have never had a kit ready in under 12 days, some have taken 3 weeks and they're better for it. As long as you're not messing with it too much it should be fine in the FV.
AG#1 on the other hand seems to be going faster even at 19, whether that's better wort or better yeast I don't know but I'm hoping it'll be done quicker so I can get AG#2 on the go :drink:
