That's the recipe I'm doing at the moment. Not the 'full grain' but his malt extract version with hops and crystal malt.
Last Sunday, I noted that the final SG of 1015 had been stable for 3 days - so I wracked it.
It doesn't seem to be clearing (I didn't use Irish Moss) so today I decided to give it a taste. I was surprised to detect a little sweetness. Dave, is this a characterisic of the beer? I remember liking it, but it's been many years since I last tried TOC.
