the weather & my WOW, How do i keep it cool?

How can i keep it cool? I'm getting reading of 28oC I have just made the WOW type wine just, 2 gallon on the go, should i keep them in my shed? i placed the DJ's in a bucket with ice just to cool them down, its VERY warm in our house tonight.

PS, just thinking sod the shed, i remember cutting the grass yesterday i got my lawnmower out the shed and when i opened the door it was hot as hell like a greenhouse, think ill just find a cool place in the house.

I have put a 5 litre apple and white grape into one of those insulated freezer type bags with four blue freezer blocks inside.
The temp of the must has dropped from 19c down to 14c.

I've tried a cooler box but the DJ doesn't fit, well it does if I take the airlock off.

i took them out of the water buckets, there at 26oC now, think im going to put them back in
