What's the simplest way of making a Sherry?

I have searched on here and found various ways of making sherry, some using Crystal Malt and others using a Sherry type grape concentrate. When i read it up online one how to guide added brandy to stop the fermentation.

Does anyone have a simple recipe that I could try? It doesn't seem a cheap process but I would definitely like to make my own!

I made one by accident here in Turkey - 20 litres of the stuff!.
I thought i would end up woth a dark red wine but its more like a weak sherry.
I used what i think are turkish grape molasses called 'Pekmez'
So now its fermented out i have bottled a load but i still have 5ltr in a DJ maturing so when i bottle it i am going to add brandy to it as well.
