Quite happy now how the brews are turning out or should that be I've stopped the daft experiments

So the next step is to ramp up production a little, going to be doing 50ltrs instead of 25ltrs.....its just too cold to stand around in a shed this time of year, so hope to half that time.

Bought a couple of 60ltr hdpe barrels from D&V and will use one as a fermenter and they fit perfectly in the fermenting cupboard with the top shelf knocked out.

Converted Keg, currently used as a boiler will become my HLT, The elements keep cutting out for a boil and will be grand for just heating water.

Monies put aside for a Nordic tun, will convert myself and use a stainless steel tray as a FB..... for me

Boiler will be my old HLT, a converted copper hot water cylinder......heating elements are currently Argos kettle ones, but am having a rethink SEE THREAD.

Sent Norm an email about a couple more budget kegs.....monies sorted with skybet ;)

Going to keep hold of my old SS tea urn tun for my experimental brews.

Then when I'm happy I'll be going over John's (BB) and Uncles threads about herms.....god help me

I'm good at the planning stage Mark, its the getting off me arse stage I struggle with :D
