Do it early on a Saturday morning while Mrs bg and the cats are still tucked up in bed watching the morning line. In between mash and end of boil, make some homemade bread for bacon sardines, when all finished. Yes she complains about the smell, but open a few windows and all is right with the world. Can't use the "otherwise I'd be spending money on football, golf etc" as excuse already being used for mountain biking.

Brewing saves money, and funds your mountain biking. :thumb:

I like your style!

I've been brewing now for nearly a year and for most of that my other half was mostly just mildly annoyed at the mess and discussion from the ongoing obsession!

But then, when I started to brew some AG Hoppy Pale Ales she liked - I have green light to do what I want now! She is necking em more than I am. I need to alternate between what she likes and something different for variety. But now I have hit on a recipe she likes (Amarillo and Mosaic Pale Ale), it's happy days! :drink:
