Well that's it, the order has been placed for 25kg of maris otter, a bag of fuggles, challenger and chinook hops, plus the yeast and irish moss so that'll be me doing BIAB as soon as it's all delivered.

One slight problem, I've lost the recipe I was going to follow for my first try, any suggestions? Anything that I'm missing?

Yes I know, I should have got myself organised and had it all ready for the 4 day weekend so I could take my time but there we go!
