Apollo hops, not tried them before but they are 19.5% Alpha :hmm:

I am just getting used to the "new" ones, after years of using not much other than Fuggles/Goldings,Challenger & NB, I am now experimenting with the American ones I quite like the Amarillo ones at the mo. (Queue - Show me the way ... :lol: )

Waiting for them to get on the site Rob. . . . I'll be going for the malt some saaz, and apollo hops, and probably the whitelabs pilsner yeast . . . I may go for a sack of the malt, as my other supplier let me down this year
