I have just been reading some of the earliest posts I made in January this year regarding building AG breweries and was amazed at how little I knew and how naive some of my ideas were.

In just 11 months, I have learned SO much and it is all down to all of you. So thank you for all your help so far!

The catch is there are plenty more questions to come! :D

I've moved this here p as it's more relevant :thumb:

FWIW, no post is a naive post. I'm learning all the time, that's what's great about a forum, someone has always 'been there done that' and can hopefully steer you clear of any 'pit falls'

I think thats true of all of us.

When I started brewing I was fairly confident I knew what I was doing, well I had read Graham Wheelers book and it all sounded fairly easy, I suppose the basics are.

I have learnt so much since then it is untrue, I have made a fair few mistakes on the way, but am finally after 30 AG brews managing to fairly consistently make decent beer.

I am still learning loads, and I imagine I will be for quite a long time.

I agree with everything you say. I've only been on here a short while and have learnt so much.

I don't post much as I don't have the experience to answer questions, but also on the other side, with a little searching the forum I find nearly all the answers to any questions I might have :thumb:

Very knowledgable :ugeek: and funny members  on here. Thanks and keep it up.
