My new ones are looking good but a lot can happen between now and when I consume them. They are in the hands of all those little microbes that are having a field day in it.

As they say cheese making is the controlled (or not so in my first attempt) decomposition of milk. :lol: :lol:
 
I spoke too soon. :oops: :oops:

Sadly over the weekend they have sucummed to Slip skin, a condition were the cheese under the skin goes really runny and as w result the skin slips away. Nothing I can do. My own fault to high a temp and humidity.
 
Your obviously wanting to come round to the workshop for lunch one day :lol:
