When I emailed muntons with the same issues I got a reply from them saying that the yeast was enough and not to believe everything I read on the internet....

I wondered why there was 2 packets of yeast with my wherry kit. There's a sticker on the outside of the box saying now with 2 yeast packets and to follow instructions. But the instructions didn't say anything about 2 packets so I just pitched them both together.
