The boiler I purchase is good for its price. Its not a particularly rugged or sturdy piece of equipment by any means its from China.
However I was a little disappointed that it had no s/s bazooka type filter fitted and the type of tap it has doesn't give much play to fit one and needs a larger sturdier tap fitting.............
So yesterday I sent an e mail to our Sponsor The Homebrew Company where I purchased it from and have just received this reply.
Hi Brian,
I am working on a solution to fita 6 inch bazooka screen to these
boilers. I should have the fittings on the site hopefully next week
which have a nut that will attach the bazooka to the tap.
I've again replied saying the screen should be 9 inch not 6...............
So anyone contemplating purchasing this kit hopefully a screen will be available to fit shortly......
