The Intro - Ze Bull

Hello!

Hey everyone, I'm Baz "Ze Bull", I came across this forum on google cos like most people here I am ready to venture out and start making my first brew. Quite excited!
I have mainly been reading up on stuff on the forums and also reading John Palmers book Home Brew. Which I have to say is amazing and very informative. After which I bought from amazon found that he released it online for free. Which is very nice of him :clap:

I almost feel like I have gained enough knowledge to branch out and start brewing! I find this forum very informative and quite homely. So I look forward to reading and replying to you all in teh near future.

@Pittsy - I was gonna start from Kits, but after reading John Palmers book I think I would like to start from scratch. My favourite Beer/Ale from Tap is Guiness but newcastle brown from the bottle. So i'm a very dark ale kinda guy :drink:
