Well it was hard work but reckon I could of got 5 out today if I had the Fv's.

Well apart from the mash / pump problems at 5am everything else went smoothly. Only 1 or 2 points adrift on some brews and only 1 ltr short on each of the last two brews.

Sorry it's short and sweet I'm off to do SWEEEEEEETT F.A all night

Just want to keep them to myself for a bit. But I'm not expecting much in the way of recognition as I'm brewing in the class styles but to my liking not the judges perfect beer :)

well done that was tiring just reading your post! heres hoping you win a few awards (or at least come second to Calum) and make it worthwhile! :D

It was truly amazing to watch, while the 1st was boiling the 2nd was mashing and so it went on!
Thank you for the oppertunity Nick, sorry I didn't get there till 05:00!
Also sorry I had to leave before the end, but Val wanted the wheels.
The bacon and sausage cob was truly magnificent, Eric liked his little bit.

Let your vines do their own thing, we'll sort them next Feb.

Absolute Olympian effort - top step on the podium
Bet the green recycle bin was full - wish i could have seen the dustbin man try to move that bad boy

Well I wouldn't beleive it if it didn't happen to me. Out of all the brews which do you thing left the FV and made a mess, bearing in mind they all have 8ltrs head space.

It's the APA on Wyeast,

But the 2 Notty brews have finished Fermenataion, always far to quick for my liking, Seriously going to split packets now and only pitch half.

Spent the morning Kegging and Bottling 10 pints of each brew this morning.
The APA hit 1.008 the rest hit. 1.010 which I'm happy with.
Not overly impressed with the Bitter, It's a liquid yeast I have never used before and didn't quite know its profile, also it was made with all homegrown hops so bittering was a guess. The rest smell and taste wonderful.
Lets hope they have enough time to condition and mature a little before Hot break.

The rest of my day is now making yeast slants up of the 5 strains I have ready to go :D

Hopefully someone will like my beers if not the judges

Great work MD :thumb: I have managed 2 brews in a day before and that was enough .... or so I thought :hmm:
