Yes that's right, our poor Springer Rufus has taken the blame for my eggy smelling brew. Help!
Coopers Sparkling Ale - using the kit yeast.
Covering half of the top is an orangy 'skin' that looks a lot like the yeast cake you would get at the bottom of the FV and it STINKS :sick: :sick: of eggs/Sulphur. I am on hour 64 (day 2.5) of the fermenting process.
Can this be normal?

Note: I am moderately experienced and know that Yeast can cause this smell, but I have never noticed it before at all. Besides, the skin is a little worrying as I've also never noticed that. AS this ale is bordering a lager, could it be the norm??
