For those who own the Bulldog Brewer whats the best method for whirlpool of hop pellets as I've read you can't just throw the hop pellets in I would be using a hop spider.

We're starting our Bulldog adventure this weekend, and have gone with Muslin bags! :)

For those who own the Bulldog Brewer whats the best method for whirlpool of hop pellets as I've read you can't just throw the hop pellets in I would be using a hop spider.

I do whirlpool hops by cooling the wort down to 80C, chucking them in the spider and leaving them for half an hour, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes or so. I've also chilled with the spider in while recirculating, directing the recirculation pipe into the spider which helps agitate the hops.
