The Big Day Looms

The BIG day is looming and tomorrow I will be going out for supplies. Not just for the transfer from FV to pressure barrel but also for an atempt at Ginger Beer. So what will I need to complete the transfer from FV to Pressure Barrel. I have Brewing sugar or would demerara be better. Is it wise to strain the brew through a muslin bag. Co2 capsules, anyone think of anything else??.
