I'd like to echo Chris' sentiments.

While we are at it, I'd also like to register a complaint.
The past few weeks have been difficult - very difficult......the more I delve in to this site, the more I hear the grains-a-calling. Much as I've tried to resist, the temptation has become too much and in approximately 2 weeks I will take delivery of my kit for AG brewing :whistle:
There it is; that's my gripe....YOU guys have forced my hand......I had no choice :mrgreen:

I only came on here to ask if anyone had made a black rock cider kit before.
That was a month ago.

I now have 2 cornys, a kegerator, full All Grain brewing kit and I'm planning a HERM System.

Damn internets.

Aye its true. This website is fantastic. Came to ask a few newbie questions about bottling cider and now im considering some of that wurzel orange wine stuff. Should be starting that this evening (Fingers crossed!) My first brew night ....

I was quite happy brewing from kits, made what I thought was some acceptable beer :)
then came here and started reading the brew days and “How To”s and thought “what if?” :wha:
and “I could do that” and before you know it they've got you.

And they've said that there's no way back :evil:

Quite frankly, I haven't even contemplated looking for a way back yet, suits me just fine where I am :
