Haha Going for a Cafferys clone for first brew that I will serve with nitro just trying to figure if should part carbonate with c02 then dispense with the 70/30 after that. Well I say this actually have to brew the thing first could be a disaster right there.

This was what my preference was just wasn't sure if would work but you saying it has just made me now very comfortable with it
