If its still cloudy that suggests the yeast is still active, when its finished the yeast will drop out and leave you with a clear cider.
Have you read the "how too" guide in the wine and cider section?
I would just leave it for about 6 weeks before bottling to let fermentation truly finish and for the yeast to drop out. TC with non-cloudy juice should be perfectly clear. Personally, I drink it flat and last batch just leaft it in the FV for 6 weeks and then started 2l milk cartons out of the tap as needed.MattN said:chrig said:I would expect it to go well under 1.000, all my TC's have done in the past.

I am doing a small 12L batch of this as a tester to decide what to do with the rather large amount of this that I have bought.
For the last four days it has had the same reading of 1.000. It has been fermenting for 12 days at 19-20c and I have some wine still fermenting in the same room so I know that temperature isn't an issue. Would you just wait until it clears and prime as usual or would you be worried about the hydrometer reading?
