temperature strips

Can anyone tel me if the temp strips you put on the side of your ffermentation bins are accurate

Not worth buying in my opinion.

The temp inside your FV will be higher than the temp outside. I've even found the temp near the yeast bed at the bottom to be higher than it is at the top. I think it's better to have a digital thermometer and a simple way to sterilise it.

Some of them are a bugger to read any way.

Thanks for that my room temp is 63F at moment so I'm suure its ok.
