Temperature sensing Tee's

I've found that the little digital sensor probes (DS18B20s) are a tight fit to the inside of 3/8" beer line.
I'm hoping that combining this with a push-fit 'Tee' will make a convenient way to sense the temperature of wort etc.

The zip-ties are just double protection against leaks (fingers crossed)

Hopefully the end of the sensor just gets into the flow without impeding it
